Automotive schools in Texas offer a wide range of courses including classroom instruction and actual hands-on work to provide a broad based foundation in the repair of automobiles.  You will learn the basics of automobile operation and engines as well as the sophisticated automated testing systems used to diagnose automobile problems.  Lessons should cover many popular automobile brands, both domestic and foreign.  In addition to automotive skills, programs will often include basic English skills, computer skills, and math skills that are the requirements for an auto mechanic’s job.
