    The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Associate of Applied Science Degree Program at Texas Culinary Academy is designed to combine demonstration classes and hands-on, practical courses in professionally equipped, contemporary kitchens. As part of the program, students can learn classical cooking methods and the qualitative aspects of food preparation, including nutrition and sanitation.
